TreVeyon Henderson is a well put together back with the frame to pack on some additional muscle. He is a very explosive athlete that possesses elite acceleration and top end speed. Henderson shows good balance and solid power to break through arm tackles and pick up plenty of yards after initial contact. He also shows good lateral agility and an ability to make defenders miss in the hole. There is no question that Henderson is an elite athlete and a big play waiting to happen.
Henderson demonstrates very good vision and understanding of how to hit natural running creases as they open. His vision in the open field is more impressive as he consistently finds the open space to turn a big gain into a game-changing play. At the high school level he has experience lining up at receiver and shows the ability to high point the ball and make some difficult catches. Henderson’s running ability is his calling card, but his versatility as a pass catcher should not go overlooked. TreVeyon Henderson is an elite player with All-American potential and should become a dominant force as a runner very early in his career.
