Billy Bowman: Scouting Report

Billy Bowman is committed to Oklahoma, today we will dive in and breakdown the tape to give you a scouting report based on his film.
Billy Bowman is a speedster with a well rounded skill set. He is on the smaller side but has a compact and muscular build at the receiver position. Bowman has great speed and acceleration which allows him to run past defenders with ease. He pulls away from tacklers and can separate from defenders in a few quick steps. Bowman is excellent with the ball in his hands, he has good agility and does a good job of forcing bad angles then finding the open spaces to turn a short pass into a big gain.
Bowman has been used effectively in the run game and in the return game as well as on defense. His versatility makes it easy for the coaching staff to be creative and get him the ball in different ways. Bowman has elite athleticism, but has not committed to one position yet and because of that needs to hone his skills as receiver as he develops. Overall, Bowman has the speed and explosiveness to do a lot of damage at the receiver position. Billy Bowman is an athlete in every sense of the word and should be a multi-purpose weapon that can be one of the best at his position.
