  • Conner Weigman – He has sound mechanics and an efficient release delivering the ball with good pace and accuracy. He displays good touch on his deep ball and plenty of zip on underneath throws.
  • Walker Howard – Howard has excellent accuracy and good arm strength that allows him to pick apart the defense. He is fun to watch, throwing a catchable ball with good spin and zip.
  • Nick Evers – Evers throws an excellent deep ball that has velocity and a good trajectory to allow his receivers to get under it. He has a smooth delivery that he repeats well, making highlight throws look easy.
  • Cade Klubnik He has excellent touch and accuracy when throwing the football. Klubnik elevates the play of those around him, consistently throwing receivers open when they do not have much separation.
Conner Weigman Highlights

Best Running Threats

MJ Morris Highlights
  • MJ Morris – He is a dynamic run threat at the quarterback position, he has the ability to make defenders miss and make big plays. He will be a big play threat on any play.
  • Gavin Wimsatt – With a long stride and quick feet, Wimsatt is tough for defenses to keep contained. He is a smooth athlete who is a big play threat with his legs on any play
  • Jacurri Brown – Brown has good speed and acceleration to make big plays on the move. He also runs with good power and has the size to deliver the blow to tacklers.
  • Ty Simpson – A crafty runner who shows the instincts and athleticism to make something out of nothing, Simpson is a true dual threat quarterback. His playmaking ability forces defenses to account for him on every play.

Who Needed To Land A Quality QB Prospect And Got One?

  • Purdue – The Boilermakers have recruited better under Jeff Brohm, but had not added a top quarterback recruit yet. Brady Allen has all the tools to be a star in Brohm’s offense and could be the next NFL quarterback to come out of Purdue. He will be the most talented quarterback the team has had in recent memory.
  • TexasJalen Milroe flipped from Texas to Alabama in 2021 and left the Longhorns searching for a quarterback later in the process. Coincidentally, Steve Sarkisian was Alabama’s offensive coordinator at the time. Sam Ehlinger is gone and though Texas has some touted options on the roster the current QBs are unproven. The Longhorns needed to add a talented signal caller in the 2022 class and did so by signing a high upside talent in Maalik Murphy.
  • Missouri – The Tigers are building their program up with the hope of being competitive regularly in the SEC. The best way to jump-start a program is by recruiting high end talent at the quarterback position. Sam Horn will be the most talented quarterback to sign with Missouri in some time and could help elevate the program.

Who Recruited Top QB Prospects In Back To Back Years?

  • Georgia – Kirby Smart saw first hand in 2020 the difference the quarterback position can make, the team struggled all season until JT Daniels stabilized the position. Georgia has been stockpiling talent at the position, signing Brock Vandagriff in 2021 and securing a commitment from Gunner Stockton in the 2022 class. It appears QB play will not be an issue again any time soon.
  • Alabama – The Tide recruit better than anyone in the country, so it should not be a surprise to see them here. Nick Saban and company flipped Jalen Milroe from Texas in 2021, and now hold a commit from the talented Ty Simpson in the 2022 class.
  • Miami – The Hurricanes are accumulating talent in the quarterback room. In 2022 they already have a commitment from high potential prospect, Jacurri Brown. In 2021 they signed Jake Garcia who was one of the top QB prospects in the class. Miami is collecting talent at the most important position on the field.
